【返品・交換について / Returns & Exchanges】
■ 重要なお知らせ / Important Notice
HINACALMの商品はすべて、ご注文をいただいてから一つひとつ製作する受注生産品です。そのため、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
All HINACALM products are made to order and produced individually after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering mistakes.
返品・交換対象外の例：・サイズが合わない ・イメージと異なる ・注文間違い ・お客様都合による理由
Examples of non-returnable/non-exchangeable situations: • Incorrect size selection • Item differs from personal expectations • Ordering mistakes • Any customer-related reason

■ 商品に不備があった場合 / Defective or Incorrect Items
お届けした商品に欠陥、破損、またはご注文内容と異なる商品があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内に下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

内容を確認後、同一商品の交換、修理、または返金にて対応いたします。
After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
【対応条件 / Eligibility Requirements】
・未使用・未洗濯であること ・商品タグおよび梱包材が残っていること ・購入を証明できるもの（注文確認メールなど）があること
• Item must be unused and unwashed • Original tags and packaging must be retained • Proof of purchase must be provided (such as an order confirmation email)
事前のご連絡なく返送された商品はお受けできません。
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

■ キャンセルについて / Order Cancellations
ご注文確定後は直ちに製作工程へ入るため、キャンセル・変更は承ることができません。
Once an order has been confirmed, production begins immediately. Therefore, cancellations, modifications, or changes cannot be accepted.
ご注文内容を十分ご確認のうえ、ご購入ください。
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

■ 返金について / Refunds
商品の不備が確認され、返金が承認された場合は、10営業日以内に元のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。
If a refund is approved due to a verified product defect or fulfillment error, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
金融機関やクレジットカード会社の処理状況により、反映までお時間がかかる場合があります。
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
承認後16営業日以上経過しても返金が確認できない場合は、下記までお問い合わせください。
